Golf

The 13th annual Rene Martinez Sr. University of Tampa Spartan Baseball Golf Classic will be held Jan. 26 at Walden Lakes Country Club in Plant City. The entry fee for the four-person scramble, which will start at 12:30 p.m., is $125.

The Greater Tampa Junior Golf Association will hold its 25th annual reunion Mar. 18 at Saddlebrook Resort. The golf and dinner will honor founder Rob Gamester.

Softball

Plant City Recreation will be offering adult leagues this winter. Registration is continuing. Play will begin Jan. 7. Men's, women's and mixed leagues are available. The cost is $300 per team. For information, call (813) 659-4200 ext. 4302.

Little League

North Brandon Little League is holding spring registration on these dates: Jan. 8, 6:30-8 p.m.; Jan. 10, 6:30-8 p.m.; and Jan. 12, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

Registration is at 2915 N Kingsway Ave.

The fee is $95, $85 for a second child and $75 for a third or more, plus a $15 refundable concession cost per player.

Players must bring to registration their original birth certificate and one copy, two proofs of residency (original and copies of each), a check or money order, and parent or guardian.
