By Times staff writer Eckerd College4200 54th Ave. S St. Petersburg 864-8297 As part of WordBRIDGE 2002, the play Dianalogues will be presented at 8 p.m. Saturday in Bininger Theater. Written by Laurel Haines, the play is a collection of monologues and scenes about women, anger and the edges of mental health, with Princess Diana as a character, focus or reference in each piece. WordBRIDGE is a program designed to develop new scripts by student playwrights in a workshop setting using a pool of experienced directors, actors, designers and other related artists. Tickets are $15. Call 864-8279 for information. * * * University of South Florida140 Seventh Ave. S St. Petersburg Marvin Berkowitz, the Stanford N. McDonnell Professor of Character Education at the University of Missouri in St. Louis, will give two lectures this week as part of USF's Program for Ethics in Education and Community. The first is Person by Person: Building a More Ethical World at 6 p.m. Monday in Davis Hall, Room 130. Berkowitz will talk about the moral education of children and the roles that parents, schools and communities can play to help build a more honest and caring society. He will speak again, on Holistic Education: Mind, Body and spirit, at noon Wednesday at the Florida Center for Teachers, Room 118. Berkowitz will discuss the university's role in molding socially responsible adults. Alcohol abuse, date rape, vandalism and academic honesty will be examined.
