Bucs at Eagles.
OF NOTE: Frankly, the Bucs can beat anybody on any given day. The question always is, is this the day? The Bucs have a lot going against them, namely their 0-5 record in road playoff games and their 0-20 record when the kickoff temperature is 40 degrees or below (today's is expected to be 44). The Bucs' improved defense will contain Donovan McNabb. The question is, how effective will the offense be against Philly's tough defense. Still, the Bucs have a knack for winning when they need to -- and apparently they need to in order to save coach Tony Dungy's job.
FRY'S PROMISE: Bucs 20, Eagles 17
OF NOTE: Few people gave the Jets much of a chance in the regular-season finale in Oakland, and look what happened. But the chances of them doing it again can't be good. Yes, the Raiders are in a nose dive, but somehow coach Jon Gruden will snap them out of it by today. The Raiders probably will ship in extra fans from a local prison, making the Black Hole even more intimidating. As long as the Raiders don't let Curtis Martin run wild, they'll squeak by this time.
