Less than three hours after being fired as coach of the Buccaneers, Tony Dungy received his first job offer.

From the Tampa Bay Force women's football team.

Looking for a coach after the dismissal of Bob Hernandez last week, the 10-0 Force of the Women's American Football League said the offer is legitimate.

"We are looking for a strong ethical leader for our team," general manager Lynn Williams said. "We have a winning team to get Dungy the ring."

The Force has its first playoff game Jan.26 against Orlando.
