Here, there and everywhere
Busy comedian Elayne Boosler is scheduled to be a guest on the Late Show with David Letterman tonight; she hits the Tampa Improv Friday for five shows.
Boosler, a Brooklyn native who attended the University of South Florida for two years, swings through the Tampa Bay area every year or so, but this is the first time she's played the Improv here.
Tickets are $23 to $25 in advance. The shows are at 8 and 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and at 7 p.m. Sunday. The theater is in Centro Ybor, 1600 E Eighth Ave. For information or reservations, call (813) 864-4000.
