The sauce boss cooks up blues
Bill Wharton is known as the "sauce boss," a gumbo preacher who cooks up a hefty portion of blues, swamp boogie and Southern roots rock on his slide guitar. Wharton plays mostly original songs and has traveled the world spreading the gospel of blues and hot sauce.

He has been on the Food Network's Extreme Cuisine, and Dan Ackroyd featured one of his songs as a Blues Breaker.
