Lance Cpl. Warren L. Bourgeois III, son of Adele G. Bourgeois and Warren L. Bourgeois Jr. and the grandson of Jeannine and John Green, all of St. Petersburg, earned first-place honors in a personnel clerk course offered by the U.S. Marine Corps.

Bourgeois, who is stationed at Camp Pendelton in California, was promoted to his present rank in recognition of the achievement. He is a 2001 graduate of St. Petersburg High School and completed basic training at Parris Island, S.C.

Airman Jeffrey M. Keryluk, son of Eileen and Michael Keryluk of Pinellas Park, has graduated from ground radar training school at Kessler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Miss. A 1999 graduate of Pinellas Park High, he is stationed at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, Okla.

Army Pvt. Wesley A. Ganote, son of Sherrie and Wes Ganote of Pinellas Park, graduated from military police training school at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. A 2001 graduate of Dixie Hollins High, he is stationed in South Korea.
