DUNEDIN -- City commissions plan to consider a 13-percent increase in water bills at a meeting at 6:30 p.m. today at City Hall. City officials say the increase is necessary because of rising costs, including the need to pay off bonds. Dunedin residents now pay an average of $73 every two months for water services. The increase would raise that cost by nearly $10.
