Western store changes hands

Beverly and Steve Passe have purchased Armstrong's Western Trend Inc., 6051 54th Ave. N, St. Petersburg, from Joan and Lyle Armstrong. Ms. Passe, the daughter of the Armstrongs, has managed the western wear retail center for 15 years.

Rosemarie P. Neville has been named director of development for Morning Star School in Pinellas Park. Neville previously was capital campaign coordinator at Independent Day School in Tampa.

Kenneth A. Neifeld has relocated his medical and geriatric practice to St. Anthony's Medical Office Building, 1099 Fifth Ave. N, Suite 220, St. Petersburg. Neifeld is an assistant professor of medicine at University of South Florida's family medicine department.
