Shop, swap at AutoFest
Twice a year, Zephyrhills Festival Park fills with vintage cars for show and sale and every sort of accessory to go with them.
The Winter AutoFest, which begins today, starts with an automotive and antique swap meet from 8 a.m. to dusk daily. The car show runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
One of the highlights each year is the collector car auction at 10 a.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday. There's also exhibition racing with stock cars, sprint cars and midgets at 11 a.m. Friday through Sunday. Warmups are at 11 a.m. today.
Festival Park is 3 miles south of State Road 54 on U.S. 301. Admission is $8 for adults. Children 12 and younger are free.
