Here are dates of upcoming tours and other housing-related events.

FLORIDA ORCHESTRA GUILD DESIGNERS' SHOWCASE: March 9-30 at the Villas del Verde, 6240 Vista Verde W, Gulfport. Hours: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. daily, noon-4 p.m. Sundays. Tickets: $10.

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS DAY, sponsored by Suncoast chapter of the Community Associations Institute: annual educational program and trade show, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. March 8, Harborview Center, 300 Cleveland St., downtown Clearwater. Educational forums, question-and-answer sessions for residents and managers of condominiums and homeowner associations; more than 100 booths of products and services. Free. 10TH ANNUAL ANNA MARIA ISLAND TOUR OF HOMES: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. March 9. Tour of five homes on the island off Bradenton; lunch, boutique, quilt sale. Tickets: $10 advance, $12 on tour day at the Anna Maria Island Community Center, 407 Magnolia Ave., Anna Maria. Information: (941) 778-1908.

DUNEDIN HISTORICAL SOCIETY TOUR OF HISTORIC HOMES: 11 a.m.-4 p.m. March 16. Tour of six homes built between 1893 and 1963. Tickets: $20, available on tour day at Dunedin Historical Museum, 349 Main St. Information: (727) 733-5751.

CLEARWATER GARDEN CLUB HOME TOUR: four homes with floral design exhibits in the Old Clearwater Bay neighborhood. 12:30-5 p.m. April 6. Tickets: $10, available on tour day at the club, 405 Seminole St., Clearwater. Information: (727) 442-1030.

PASS-A-GRILLE WOMAN'S CLUB TOUR OF HOMES: 1-5 p.m. April 7. Tickets: $20; sale begins in mid-March. Information: (727) 497-2549.

13TH ANNUAL SPRING GATHERING ARTS AND CRAFTS SHOW, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. March 3, Harborview Center, 300 Cleveland St., Clearwater. Admission: $2 adults, $1 for children 12 and younger. Information: (727) 787-6027.

PARADES OF HOMES: Showcases of new construction sponsored by the builders associations in each county. Citrus, Feb. 23-March 3; Hernando, March 23-April 7; Hillsborough, March 9-24; Pinellas, April 6-21.
