I've had enough ...

Reservations without honor. I've harped on no-show diners, but restaurants show the same discourtesy if they take reservations, then seat walk-ins and force those who called ahead to wait. Horror stories are worst on busy holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. One couple unlucky enough to have their anniversary on Feb. 14 made reservations but were put 12th on the waiting list when they got to the restaurant. They didn't wait and won't be back. Supermarket lobsters and a bottle of bubbly at home sound better.
