Lemon pepper linguine. Spinach spaghetti. Spicy veal ravioli. The list of fresh pasta from the Tampa Pasta Co. stretches from here to Italy. Name the flavor and pasta type, and owner Lauren Otis can make it. She keeps several types in stock and takes orders for dinner parties and special events. "All they have to do is put it in water, sauce it and they're done," she says. Pastas start at $2.40 a pound. Ravioli start at $3.80. The store also sells sauce and bread. The Tampa Pasta Co. is in the former Antipasto's restaurant at 2202 W Platt St. Hours: noon to 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays. Phone: 254-2051.
