Here are dates of tours and other housing-related events.
Florida West Coast Symphony Designer Showcase: Through March 17 at the Edson Keith House, Phillippi Estate Park, Sarasota. Hours: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. daily (until 6 p.m. Thursdays); 1-4 p.m. Sundays. Tickets: $12 in advance, $15 at the door. Information: (941) 953-4252.
39th Annual Chiselers Market, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. March 16, University of Tampa, 401 W Kennedy Blvd., Tampa. Billed as "Tampa's largest one-day flea market," this sale offers plants and flowers, jewelry, kitchenware, books, art, tools, toys, china, crystal, silver, furniture. Proceeds go toward the restoration of Plant Hall.
Clearwater Garden Club Home Tour: four homes with floral design exhibits in the Old Clearwater Bay neighborhood. 12:30-5 p.m. April 6. Tickets $10, available on tour day at the club, 405 Seminole St., Clearwater. Information: (727) 442-1030.
