By Times staff reports Deputies report two men robbed at homeDADE CITY -- Pasco County sheriff's deputies were searching for three men who robbed a man and his brother at gunpoint inside their home late Thursday. Deputies said the robbers broke into the house on Acorn Loop and pointed shotguns at Blas Cruz Ramirez, 65, and his brother, Carlos Cruz Ramirez, 57. The robbers stole more than $2,000 in cash and hit the men in the face with a shotgun, according to reports. No arrests had been made Friday. Man arrested on assault chargesNEW PORT RICHEY -- A 21-year-old man was arrested Thursday in a February case in which a female acquaintance said he held a steak knife to her throat and demanded sex, Pasco County sheriff's deputies said. The woman told deputies she was sleeping in a New Port Richey house Feb. 21 when he assaulted her, left and returned. Her sister had to pull him off of her, deputies said. Bryan Keith Warren of 3409 Devonshire Drive in Holiday faces charges of aggravated assault and simple battery. He also faces two unrelated charges for violation of probation, deputies said. He was being held without bail Friday at the county jail in Land O'Lakes. Shady Hills man held in pharmacy robberyHUDSON -- A 36-year-old Shady Hills man was arrested Thursday in the theft of nearly $2,500 in pills from a pharmacy. Joseph Sam Parisi of 18606 Alexson St. faces 13 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one count each of robbery and grand theft, deputies said. They said that on Feb. 16, Parisi bit two employees while taking OxyContin, Percocet and other medications from Albertsons at 12101 Little Road. Parisi was taken Thursday to the county jail in Land O'Lakes. On Friday morning, he was being held in lieu of $710,000 bail, deputies said.
