Seals was half of the popular 1970s duo of England Dan and John Ford Coley. Music begins at 1 p.m. with the opening act, the Zoots. Admission to the concert is part of the daily package. "CARNIVAL!': The Broadway musical Carnival! continues Thursdays and weekends through March 24 at Stage West Community Playhouse, 8390 Forest Oaks Blvd., Spring Hill.
