MUSIC MAN: Singer Dan Seals will perform Saturday at Weeki Wachee Springs. Seals was half of the popular 1970s duo of England Dan and John Ford Coley. "CARNIVAL!': The Broadway musical Carnival! continues Thursdays and weekends through March 24 at Stage West Community Playhouse, 8390 Forest Oaks Blvd., Spring Hill. Shows are at 8 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. Sundays. Tickets are $16 for adults, $14 for students 17 and younger. BUMFEST: The fourth annual Bumfest, sponsored by Music Bum, a Spring Hill music store, will be from 2 to 6 p.m. March 23 outside the store at 3511 Commercial Way, Spring Hill. Four local bands -- Baker Act, No Luck, Elston Gunnn and Psytryk -- will perform. Admission and refreshments are free. Bring a lawn chair. Call 684-3511.
