1. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT N VILLAGE DRIVE, MARCH 1, 12:50 P.M.: A southbound 1972 Pontiac rear-ended a 1998 Buick. The Pontiac driver, a 47-year-old man, was charged with careless driving and no proof of insurance.

2. INTERSTATE 275 AT FLETCHER AVENUE, MARCH 1, 5:22 P.M.: A southbound 2000 Freight truck changed lanes into the path of a 1997 Mitsubishi. The Mitsubishi swerved to avoid the truck and hit a concrete wall head on. The truck driver, a 47-year-old man, was charged with improper lane change.

3. FLORIDA AVENUE AT CONNIE DRIVE, MARCH 1, 5:33 P.M.: A southbound 1994 Mercury pulled into the path of a northbound 1989 Pontiac. The Mercury driver, a 53-year-old man, was charged with violation of right of way. The Pontiac driver, a 31-year-old woman, was charged with failure to display a driver's license and registration.

4. FLORIDA AVENUE AT BEARSS AVENUE, MARCH 1, 6:18 P.M.: A northbound 1972 Cadillac turned left from the center lane and broadsided a 1981 Ford in the left lane. The Cadillac driver, a 36-year-old man, was charged with improper turn, no proof of insurance and driving with a suspended license.

5. INTERSTATE 275 AT FLETCHER AVENUE, MARCH 1, 7:15 P.M.: A southbound 1999 Mazda truck rear-ended a 1991 Nissan, pushing the Nissan into the rear of a 1997 Toyota truck. The Mazda driver, a 21-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

6. GEORGE ROAD AT ROCK POINT DRIVE, MARCH 1, 7:25 P.M.: A southbound 2000 Kia turned left into the path of a northbound 1986 Subaru. The Kia driver, a 36-year-old man, was charged with violation of right of way. The Kia driver smelled like alcohol so a DUI investigation was conducted. The Subaru driver, a 45-year-old man, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

7. BEARSS AVENUE AT FLORIDA AVENUE, MARCH 2, 8:43 A.M.: A westbound 1989 Honda rear-ended a 2001 Ford. The Honda driver, a 46-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving.

8. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT BEARSS AVENUE, MARCH 2, 12:15 P.M.: A northbound 1992 Ford truck tried to change lanes and rear-ended a 1997 Kia truck. The Ford driver, a 17-year-old boy, was charged with careless driving. A passenger in the Kia, a 22-year-old woman, was taken to University Community Hospital.

9. BEARSS AVENUE AT INTERSTATE 275, MARCH 2, 12:16 P.M.: An eastbound 1991 Ford pulled out of a parking lot into the path of a westbound 1995 Toyota. The Ford driver, a 30-year-old man, was charged with failure to yield.

10. FLETCHER AVENUE AT TELECOM PARKWAY, MARCH 2, 4:20 P.M.: A northbound 1999 Chrysler turned left into the path of a westbound 1997 Toyota. The Toyota and a 1985 Lincoln swerved to avoid the collision. The Lincoln lost control, spun clockwise, hit the concrete median and a wooden fence. The Chrysler driver, a 79-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital.

11. FLETCHER AVENUE AT NEBRASKA AVENUE, MARCH 2, 5:27 P.M.: A westbound 1991 Pontiac rear-ended a 2001 Dodge. The Pontiac driver, a 48-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving.

12. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT HUDSON LANE, MARCH 2, 6:11 P.M.: A northbound 2001 Chevrolet truck rear-ended a stalled 1991 Ford truck. The Chevrolet driver, a 43-year-old man, was charged with careless driving. The Ford driver, a 30-year-old man, was charged with an expired license.

13. LIVINGSTON AVENUE AT BEARSS AVENUE, MARCH 2, 6:52 P.M.: A westbound 1992 Honda pulled out of a parking lot into the path of a 1998 Ford truck. The Honda driver, a 35-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital Women's Center.

14. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT CROSS CREEK BOULEVARD, MARCH 3, 11:28 A.M.: An unknown vehicle hit a 2000 Toyota truck. The Toyota driver, a 31-year-old man, wasn't sure where the accident happened. 15. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT PALM SPRINGS BOULEVARD, MARCH 3, 1:15 P.M.: A southbound 1995 Toyota swerved to avoid colliding with a 1997 Toyota. The driver of the 1995 Toyota lost control, went off the road into trees and bushes. The 1997 Toyota driver, a 43-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way.

16. FLETCHER AVENUE AT INTERSTATE 275, MARCH 3, 1:22 P.M: A southbound 1994 Toyota rear-ended a 1994 Toyota. The first Toyota driver, a 22-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving. The second Toyota driver, a 23-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

17. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT INTERSTATE 75, MARCH 3, 2:45 P.M.: A northbound 1996 Honda rear-ended a 1992 Chevrolet, pushing the Chevrolet into the rear of a 1995 Mazda. The Honda driver, a 19-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving. The injured were taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

18. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT FLETCHER AVENUE, MARCH 3, 5:55 P.M.: A southbound 1997 Toyota rear-ended a 2001 Nissan pickup. The Toyota driver, a 19-year-old man, said that the Nissan suddenly changed lanes in front of him. The Nissan driver, a 37-year-old man, said that he was waiting to change lanes when the vehicles collided.

19. RACE TRACK ROAD AT GUNN HIGHWAY, MARCH 3, 6:20 P.M.: A westbound 1992 Ford was speeding on the wet roadway and lost control around a curve. The vehicle slid off the road and hit a wooden power pole.

20. BEARSS AVENUE AT NEBRASKA AVENUE, MARCH 3, 6:22 P.M.: An eastbound 1996 Toyota slid on the wet roadway and rear-ended a 1993 Nissan. The Toyota driver, a 37-year-old woman, was charged with failure to use due care.

21. SLIGH AVENUE AT HABANA AVENUE, MARCH 3, 6:23 P.M.: An eastbound 1997 Chevrolet slid on the wet pavement and rear-ended a 1994 Chevrolet. The 1997 Chevrolet driver, a 28-year-old man, was charged with following too closely.

22. COUNTRYWAY BOULEVARD AT WATERS AVENUE, MARCH 3, 6:25 P.M.: A westbound 1989 Pontiac ran a stop sign and broadsided a northbound 1991 Mark III van. The Pontiac driver, a 17-year-old girl, was charged with violation of a traffic control device.

23. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT VAN DYKE ROAD, MARCH 3, 8:48 P.M.: A northbound 1998 Toyota truck ran a red light into the path of a 1999 Toyota truck. The 1998 Toyota driver, a 34-year-old man, was charged with running a red light.

24. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT NORTHDALE BOULEVARD, MARCH 4, 11 P.M.: A southbound 1997 Mercury ran a red light and broadsided a northbound 1997 Ford van that had a left turn arrow. The Mercury driver, a 23-year-old woman, was charged with running a red light and taken to University Community Hospital Carrollwood.

25. TOWN 'N COUNTRY BOULEVARD AT CORNWALL LANE, MARCH 5, 9 A.M.: An eastbound 1996 Toyota pulled out of the intersection into the path of a southbound 1989 Honda. The Toyota driver, a 72-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way.

26. FLETCHER AVENUE AT N 15TH STREET, MARCH 5, 4 P.M.: A northbound 2001 Honda turned left into the path of an eastbound 1994 Nissan. The Honda driver, a 24-year-old man, was charged with violation of right of way. The Nissan driver, a 28-year-old woman, was taken to University Community Hospital.

27. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT LUTZ-LAKE FERN ROAD, MARCH 5, 6:50 P.M.: An eastbound 2001 Mitsubishi turned left into the path of a westbound 1989 Chevrolet truck. The Mitsubishi driver, a 15-year-old boy, was charged with violation of right of way. The injured were taken to University Community Fletcher and Carrollwood hospitals.

28. GUNN HIGHWAY AT HENDERSON ROAD, MARCH 5, 9:20 P.M.: A northbound 1989 Toyota ran a stop sign and pulled out into the path of an eastbound 1999 Toyota. The Toyota driver, was charged with running a stop sign and taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

29. LIVINGSTON AVENUE AT FLETCHER AVENUE, MARCH 6, 2:20 P.M.: A westbound 1992 Mazda pulled out of a private driveway to make a right turn into the path of a northbound 1993 Honda. The Mazda driver, a 20-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital.

30. LIVINGSTON AVENUE AT PRICILLA COURT, MARCH 6, 4 P.M.: A northbound 1999 Oldsmobile van went off the road, over corrected, lost control, and skidded 171 feet into a tree. The driver, a 43-year-old woman, was taken to University Community Hospital.

31. VAN DYKE ROAD AT MARSH ROAD, MARCH 6, 6:55 P.M.: A westbound 2000 Mazda rear-ended a 2000 Honda truck. The Mazda driver, a 63-year-old man, sustained injuries to his mouth but refused treatment. He was charged with failure to use due care.

32. AMBERLY DRIVE AT BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD, MARCH 6, 7:40 P.M.: A northbound 1997 Toyota rear-ended an unknown vehicle. The unknown vehicle fled the scene. The driver, a 37-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving.

33. HILLSBOROUGH AVENUE AT MEMORIAL HIGHWAY, MARCH 7, 8:43 A.M.: A 56-year-old woman was headed eastbound when she passed out at a light in her 1987 Mercedes. When the light turned green, a vehicle behind the Mercedes honked, the Mercedes accelerated and rear-ended a 1999 Mercury. The Mercedes continued and hit a light pole and flipped onto its roof. The Mercedes driver 46-year-old woman, said that she had a black out and has had them in the past.

34. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT BEARSS AVENUE, MARCH 7, 2:05 P.M.: A northbound bicyclist was broadsided by a southbound 1997 Honda that pulled out to make a right turn. The cyclist, a 17-year-old girl, was thrown into a grassy area on the side of the road. She was taken to University Community Hospital.

35. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT CROSS CREEK ROAD, MARCH 7, 6 P.M.: A 30-year-old jogger was crossing the street when he was hit by a northbound Mazda. The vehicle fled the scene. The man was knocked to the ground, went home and was later taken to Tampa General Hospital.

36. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT INTERSTATE 75, MARCH 7, 8:15 P.M.: A northbound 1993 Mercury rear-ended a 1987 Mercedes. The Mercury driver, a 22-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving and no proof of insurance.
