This week's question: Singer Eric Carmen scored hits with sappy ballads All By Myself, Never Gonna Fall In Love Again and, most egregious, 1987's Hungry Eyes, from the Dirty Dancing soundtrack. Carmen is redeemed a bit because once upon a time he sang in a Brit pop-influenced band that broke up on this very day in 1974.
