Army ROTC Cadet Phillip B. Cain of St. Petersburg will join senior White House administration officials this month at a national security seminar in Washington, D.C.

Cain, who was selected as the top ROTC cadet at the University of South Florida, will join cadets from across the country to explore topics such as terrorism and national security and the U.S. military's role in the drug war.

The seminar has been bringing young campus leaders into contact with senior government leaders for 25 years.
