Big Green Eggs

If you sell Big Green Eggs, the cooks will come. That's the mantra of Bob Estes and Greg Schletter, owners of Outdoor Kitchen Store at 3925 W Kennedy Blvd. The store, formerly the Big Green Egg, sells customized outdoor kitchens, grills and cooking accessories. The egg-shaped ceramic grills and smokers are big sellers and run from $459 for a baby egg to $599 (on sale now) for a Big Daddy. Serious barbecuers like them because they retain heat and moisture better than a traditional grill. For information, call 875-3447.
