Police: Girl was pushed from moving car

NEW PORT RICHEY -- A 13-year-old girl says a woman pushed her from a moving car Thursday at Cedar Lane and U.S. 19, according to police.

The woman, 35-year-old Deborah Ann Fell, was arrested Thursday, New Port Richey police said. After her arrest she kicked an officer at the police station.

About 5:10 p.m. Thursday, Fell unfastened the 13-year-old's seat belt and pushed her out of the car, the teenager told police. She suffered minor injuries, police said.
