By Times staff Beam in for MOSI's Astronomy DayLearn the mysteries of our universe at the annual Astronomy Day celebration on Saturday at the Museum of Science and Industry. Presented by the Museum of Astronomical Resource Society (MARS) Club, MOSI and the Hillsborough County Science Library at MOSI, this free, all-day event will introduce young and old to the joys of astronomy with out-of-this-world exhibits, telescope displays, daytime solar viewings, evening SkyWatch observing session, prizes, activities for children and demonstrations on "Making a Meteor Crater" and "How to Cook Up a Comet." Information will be available for children on "Getting Started in Astronomy." It all begins at 9 a.m. at the museum, 4801 E Fowler Ave. For information, call 987-6100. Dance show includes 'Salute to a Diva'Tanika S. Walton will bring her dynamic dance style to the stage at 4 p.m. Sunday at the University Area Community Center Complex, 14013 N 22nd St. Her performance, which blends jazz, spiritual and ethnic dance, will include a tribute to singer Patty LaBelle titled "Salute to a Diva." Walton, whose background includes ballet, jazz and tap, is now the artistic director for the modern-jazz dance company Body and Soul Dance Theatre in Tampa. Tickets are $10 for adults, $6 for students.
