Ruling on firefighter two months away

The arbitrator who is ruling on the case of Crist Fellman, the St. Pete Beach fire lieutenant fired after he was accused of viewing pornography on city computers, will make a decision in about two months. Lawyer Walter Aye, acting as arbitrator, heard testimony Monday and Tuesday from city officials, computer experts and firefighters who worked with Fellman.
