A hearing to determine the fate of convicted arsonist Kenneth Ingraham has been rescheduled for June 15.

A hearing to determine the fate of convicted arsonist Kenneth Ingraham has been rescheduled for June 15.

Ingraham was sentenced to 40 years in prison for burning down the Palma Ceia Little League clubhouse in June 1999. In March, an appeals court threw out the conviction, saying that the search warrant used to obtain evidence from his Davis Islands apartment was insufficient.

The court's ruling eliminated most of the evidence that led to Ingraham's conviction. At the June hearing, the state will decide whether to pursue a new trial against Ingraham. If not, he will be released from prison.
