Is your lawn lush and green? Show off the fruits of your labor in the fifth annual All-American Lawn Contest sponsored by Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse and Briggs & Stratton. At stake is a $10,000 prize for the top winner, and a $1,000 Lowe's gift certificate for four first-prize winners.

To qualify, a contestant must show his or her lawn with photographs or video footage, and a brief written description of why it should be considered as an All-American lawn. The entries will be judged on overall appearance, creativity, best use of space, lawn care program and functionality of the lawn.

For more information and an entry form, go to www.allamericanlawn.com. Entry forms are also available at participating Lowe's stores and online at www.lowes.com and www.briggsandstratton.com.

The contest runs through July 31.
