CLEARWATER -- A free course on Florida condominium association operations will be from 9 a.m. to noon May 20 at the Holiday Inn Select, 3535 Ulmerton Road in Clearwater.
The course will be taught by the Community Associations Institute, which provides education about condos, co-ops and homeowner associations. The course focuses on the core responsibilities of associations.
