U.S. House speaker to attend fundraiser for C.W. Bill Young
U.S. House Speaker Dennis Hastert is scheduled to speak this morning at a fundraising breakfast for U.S. Rep. C.W. Bill Young in Clearwater Beach.
About 80 people are expected for the $500-per-plate event, which will be at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort. The event should raise about $40,000 for Young's political action committee, Victory PAC, which gives money to GOP candidates.
Hastert, R-Ill., will also do a fundraiser for U.S. Rep. Adam Putnam, R-Bartow.
