BAY CREST ELEMENTARY: The school will offer a two summer camps from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 3 through June 28. Students from kindergarten through fifth grade may choose from a sports camp or a varied activities camp, which will include cooking, art projects, mask making and decoupage. Parents must bring proof of residency and their child's birth certificate, immunization records and Social Security number. Children must be 5 years old by Sept. 1 to register. SICKLES HIGH: The PTSA will meet at 6:30 p.m. May 13 in the school's main office, 7950 Gunn Highway. The agenda includes the election of next year's board members and budget revisions. FOOTBALL CAMP: The coaching staff at Wharton High School will present the "2002 Fighting Wildcat Football" football clinic for students in second through ninth grade. The camp will concentrate on skills for various positions, team cooperation and sportsmanship, proper football equipment usage, health and nutrition management and student-athlete study skills. Campers will be categorized according to age, size and ability. Session one will run from June 10 through June 14; session two is from June 17 to June 21. Both sessions will be held from 8 a.m. to noon. Cost is $75 per session. Registration deadline is May 31. Wharton High School is at 20150 Bruce B.
