ZEPHYRHILLS -- About 20 residents showed up Tuesday for the third and final city visioning session moderated by the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council.
Residents spent most of the session devising strategies to mend problems. They concentrated mostly on ideas for forming more cohesive neighborhoods and creating a multipurpose city civic center.
The idea for the visioning sessions arose during a series of council workshops in the fall. The sessions will cost the city about $7,500, City Manager Steve Spina said.
The Planning Council will present a formal report to the City Council on Monday. Updated information about the sessions can be found by visiting www.tbrpc.org/zvision.
