By Times staff writer NEW TAMPASEAFOOD RESTAURANT OPENS MONDAY: Red Lobster plans to open a 270-seat seafood restaurant Monday at 17021 Palm Pointe Drive. The restaurant is in the Pointe shopping center at the intersection of Bruce B. Downs and Tampa Palms boulevards. It is scheduled to open for dinner at 3 p.m. and begin serving lunch and dinner on Thursday. Red Lobster specializes in seafood including salmon, tilapia, swordfish and rainbow trout, which can all be served grilled, broiled, fried or blackened. Entrees range from $9.99 for chicken to $27.99 for king crab legs or live lobster. Diners can enjoy their meals inside or on the outdoor deck. The restaurant is hiring bartenders and servers. CARROLLWOOD/NORTHDALESCRAPBOOKING STORE OPENS: Crop Shoppe has opened its doors at 14308 N Dale Mabry Hwy. The scrapbooking supplies store, which replaced the Young Editions bookstore, also offers scented candles, memory baskets and scrapbooking classes for both children and adults. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. For information, call 908-5005.
