Pinellas showcase winners named

The Contractors & Builders Association of Pinellas named winners Tuesday night in its spring Parade of Homes, the annual spring showcase of new construction.
The grand overall winner in the single-family category was Reites Fernandez Homes for the Las Brisa at Highlands of Innisbrook. The outdoor living award single-family winner was M.P. Campagna Homes for the Portofino at Highlands of Innisbrook. The Shores of Long Bayou took the grand overall award and the outdoor living award in the multifamily category for its Shores model.
The houses are evaluated by panels of judges who work in the housing industry outside the Tampa Bay area.
Other single-family winners, by price category:
$100,000-$150,000: best master suite, best of show and best on the block, Image Custom Homes, Opal at Cross Creek in Summertree. Best kitchen: Lexington Homes, Bonaventure II at Briar Patch Village.
$151,000-$200,000: best master suite, Nohl Crest Homes, Ballybunion at St. George in Trinity. Best kitchen, Panda Construction, the Amber at Thousand Oaks in Trinity. Best of show and best on the block, Avalon Bulding Corp., the Avalon IV at Eagle Crest.
$201,000-$250,000: best master suite, R.L. Chapman Inc., MeadowLark at Misty Woods. Best kitchen, best of show and best on the block, Nohl Crest Homes, Newcastle at the Crossings in Trinity.
$251,000-$350,000: best master suite, best of show and best on the block, Marc Rutenberg Homes, Islander III at Grey Oaks. Best kitchen, Nohl Crest Homes, Dorchester at Lansbrook in Northfield.
$351,000-$450,000: best master suite, best kitchen, best of show and best on the block, Marc Rutenberg Homes, Lighthouse at Cypress Coves.
$451,000-$600,000: best master suite, best of show and best on the block: Arthur Rutenberg Homes/Catenac Gulfwynd, San Marino II at the Highlands of Innisbrook. Best kitchen, Mark Maconi Homes of Tampa Bay, Bel Aire V at Wentworth.
$800,000+: Best master suite, tie: Reites Fernandez Homes, Las Brisa at Highlands of Innisbrook and Alvarez Homes, Magnolia at Highlands of Innisbrook. Best kitchen, tie: M.P. Campagna Homes, Portofino in Highlands of Innisbrook and Alvarez Homes, Magnolia in Highlands of Innisbrook. Best of show: Alvarez Homes, Magnolia at Highlands of Innisbrook.
Multifamily: $85,000-$150,000: best master suite and best of show, Florida Suncoast Homes, Willow Lake Townhomes at Willow Lake. Best kitchen, Rottlund Homes, Arbor at Summerdale Townhomes in Countryside.
Multifamily, $151,000+: Best master suite, Farrell Homes, Lakeview Townhomes of Gates Landing; best kitchen and best of show, Shores of Long Bayou, the Shores.
