"THE SOUND OF MUSIC, ' a musical, continues through Sunday at Richey Suncoast Theatre, 6237 Grand Blvd., New Port Richey. Shows are at 8 p.m. today and Saturday, 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $12. CORN, HAM, ENTERTAINMENT AND CRAFTS will be offered from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday at the 15th annual Corn Festival at Faith United Methodist Church, 12128 State Road 52, Hudson. Meals of fresh-picked Zellwood corn, ham and all the trimmings are $6 for adults, $4 for ages 5-12 and free to age 4 and younger. Meal ticket stubs will be used in drawings for door prizes. There's also an apple pie baking contest open to all; entries (from scratch, please) must be submitted by 11:30 a.m. Faith Church is 6 miles east of U.S. 19, 1 mile west of Moon Lake Road.

COMIC TONY ESPOSITO will perform Saturday at Bonkerz Comedy Club in Club Manhattan, NE corner of U.S. 19 and State Road 52, Bayonet Point. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., show at 8:15 p.m. General admission, $7. Dancing after the show.

FLORIDA SKATING ACADEMY members will perform the routines they plan to take to regional and national competition at the second annual Pasta Skate & Pre-Regional Show from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Spinsations Family Roller Skating Center, 8345 Congress St. (one block south of Ridge Road), Port Richey. From 2 to 6 p.m., skating boosters will serve a spaghetti and meatball dinner between performances, and other skaters will be allowed to skate. It's about justice-as-showbiz, trial by publicity and those really awful newspaper reporters who make stars out of murderers.
