Pizza delivery driver shoots man to death

TAMPA -- A pizza delivery driver shot and killed a man at Avon and Virginia avenues in the Robles Park area Friday night, police said.
The man was delivering pizzas at about 9 p.m. when a group of people attempted to rob him, police said. The delivery driver then shot one of the men, who died from his injuries, police said. Police arrested the pizza delivery driver later Friday night.
As of press time, the man had not been identified and police had not said what charges he faced.
Police also did not release the victim's name.
