SPEAKERS: Stargel and Farkash; Adi Hecht spoke on leadership; senior class co-presidents Kimberly Chalache and Anthony Farero gave the farewell address; honored educator Valencia Walker spoke after receiving her award.

BEST QUOTE: Walker lauded student punctuality, sort of: "Over the past four years, you have completed hundreds of quizzes, hundreds of exams, hundreds of term papers, and you have attempted to get to school on time."

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Principal Rick Misenti named at least two dozen major milestones, including: 43 students named to the National Spanish Honors Society; 12 district athletic championships; ranking third in state athletic programs.

LENGTH OF CEREMONY: 110 minutes.

BEHIND THE SCENES: One bold senior disrobed on the walkway and streaked naked down the aisle. Teachers spirited him from the room.

SCENES AND SIGHTS: After four failed attempts, seniors managed to keep a bright yellow beach ball aloft for about two minutes before a teacher snatched it away.
