FOLK MUSIC: The acoustic band Patchwork will perform from 2:30 to 4:45 p.m. at the Sunday Sampler at Dunnellon Middle School Theater on Park Avenue. The group plays Florida folk, '40s swing and rhythm and blues. Admission is $7. Call (352) 489-2181.

BALLROOM DANCERS: The Spirit of Citrus Ballroom Dancers meet from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Saturdays at the Kellner Center on Civic Circle in Beverly Hills. Admission to the dances is $4 for members and $6 for nonmembers. Ballroom dancing lessons are from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays for beginners and 8 to 9 p.m. for intermediate dancers. Cost is $5. CARD PARTY: The Citrus County Art League has scheduled military card parties through the summer. Each card party will open with a dessert buffet followed by the military card party, which mimics bridge but involves no bidding.

Players circulate from table to table with their winning flags during the game, meeting new people and mingling with old friends. There will be cash prizes and door prizes. The events are Thursday and July 18. Admission is $12. The event is a fundraiser for the art league's theater building fund. The parties begin at 12:30 and end at 4 p.m.

For reservations, call Carol at 382-4417. The parties will be held at the Citrus County Art League Cultural Center at N Annapolis Avenue and County Road 486 in Hernando (Citrus Hills). The Art Center Theatre fundraiser is sponsored in part by the state of Florida Department of State, the Division of Cultural Affairs and the Florida Arts Council.

COMMUNITY THEATER: The comedy Don't Dress For Dinner has its final performances this weekend at the West Citrus Community Center on Veterans Drive in Homosassa Springs. Show times are 7:30 p.m. today and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets cost $10 at the door. Call 527-9061.

JAZZ JAM: The Citrus Jazz Society will have its final jam session of the season at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Hampton Room of Andre's Restaurant in Citrus Hills. Admission is $5 for nonmembers. Memberships are $25 for a family or $17 for an individual. Jams resume in September. Call 795-8983.

ART EXHIBIT: The Nature Coast Painters are exhibiting works at the Frame Warehouse, 599 U.S. 19, Crystal River. Exhibit hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays. Free admission.


BROADWAY MUSICAL: Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat will be performed June 27-30 at Curtis Peterson Auditorium at Lecanto High. Friday and Saturday shows are at 8 p.m. The Sunday matinee begins at 2 p.m. Tickets cost $15. Call 212-5654.


VETERANS TRIBUTE: The American Veterans Traveling Tribute, also called the Moving Wall, will be at the fifth Vietnam Veterans Gathering today, Saturday and Sunday at South Levy Recreational Park on County Road 40 in Inglis. There will be food, live music and vendors. Free admission.
