ZEPHYRHILLS -- Pasco County sheriff's deputies on Monday arrested a 24-year-old Zephyrhills man who they say was running a crack house.

Deputies made the arrest after an earlier raid at the home of Lasupta Singletary, 38537 Speedwell Ave. They seized about a pound of marijuana and nearly 2 ounces of crack cocaine, according to reports.

Deputies said that surveillance conducted by undercover deputies showed that Singletary was running a crack house while children were present.

Singletary faces charges of possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, trafficking in crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was taken to the Land O'Lakes jail, where he remained Tuesday in lieu of $361,000 bail.
