    CONCERT: Dar Williams & Friends will perform a blend of songs in the style of Joni Mitchell and Shawn Colvin at 8 p.m. Saturday at Ruth Eckerd Hall, 1111 McMullen-Booth Road, Clearwater. Tickets cost $20-$25. Call (727) 791-7400.

    SUNSETS AT PIER 60: Celebrate the end of the day with a festival of arts, crafts and entertainment two hours before and two hours after sunset at the Pier 60 Pavilion, Clearwater Beach. Tonight, it's Gallery (rock); Saturday, it's Suzette Jennings and the Mood Swings (jazz); Sunday, it's Shake (rock and roll duo). Admission is free.

    PERFORMANCE/WORKSHOP: Have you ever wondered what inspires songwriters? How do they get their ideas? Find out at a workshop/performance called "Keeping Company with Donna Klein" featuring songwriters Joel Frye, Sheila Hughes and Ted Wray, at 8 p.m. tonight at the Tarpon Springs Cultural Center, 101 S Pinellas Ave. They will share their creative processes, perform their songs and interact with audience members during this special program.     ACTOR AUDITION: If you have nothing to do this weekend, why not spend time mulling over whether to become an actor or not? Stage Agenda is now seeking a leading man between the ages of 18 and 25 for the musical theater workshop The Pied Piper. The musical theater educational workshop offers youth and adults a chance to learn to be better stage professionals. It will take place over a span of six weeks. There is an easy rehearsal schedule. Performances are scheduled for July 25, 26 and 27 at Clearwater High School. Stage Agenda is sponsored by the City of Clearwater Parks and Recreation Department. Call (727) 530-4958.

    PEOPLE, PLACES AND THINGS: Award-winning acrylics and watercolors artist Kally Miaoulis Harvard will exhibit her work through June 29 at the Tarpon Springs Cultural Center, 101 S Pinellas Ave. There will be a reception to meet the artist from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday.
