Where to eat downtown

Food and drinks will be for sale at the festival, and downtown has numerous spots for ice cream or coffee, but if you want to grab a quick bite or a more leisurely meal nearby, here are some of the choices available. This list includes only places east of Third Street, closest to the waterfront. But there are lots of other places all around the edges of downtown. Note that some of the restaurants may not be open every day during the event.

The cost of a meal for two with tax and tip is indicated by the number of dollar signs: $ -- Inexpensive (less than $25); $$ -- Moderate ($25 to $50); $$$ -- Expensive ($60 and up).
