TOWN 'N COUNTRY HOTEL OPENS: Travelers visiting northwest Hillsborough County have a new place to stay. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites opened Tuesday at the Westlake Corporate Center off Anderson Road, north of the Veterans Expressway exit ramp. The four-story, 85-room hotel offers overnight guests cable television, an outdoor swimming pool with waterfall, laundry facilities, fitness center and free continental breakfast. BAGEL SHOP OPENS IN WESTCHASE: West Park Bagel Co. opened its doors recently in West Park Village off Linebaugh Avenue. In addition to bagels, the Westchase restaurant offers diners New York-style deli sandwiches, knishes, salad platters, lox, muffins and pizza bagels.
