Pickett was mortgage branch manager, Tampa. John Mayfield has been elected first vice president for Sun Trust Bank, Nature Coast, Brooksville. Mayfield is investment sales manager. CONTRACTORSCraig D. Lamberson has been named senior vice president at J.O. DeLotto & Sons Inc., Tampa. Lamberson serves as project executive for five current contracts. Creative Contractors Inc., Clearwater, announced the following appointments: David Wade and Brett Johnston, project managers. Wade was a project manager with A.D.
