Mae -- Claudia Shear's comic meditation on Mae West, Dirty Blonde, opens July 12 at American Stage. $20-$30.

Jobsite -- For its annual fundraiser Jobsite Theater performs The Complete Works of Wm. Shakespeare (abridged) July 13 at Shimberg Playhouse of Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. $25.

Duo -- The husband-wife duo Luis Sanchez, piano, and Jennifer Hester-Sanchez, soprano, give a concert of works by Bellini, Scarlatti, Faure and Ginastera July 14 at the Museum of Fine Arts. $7 and $15.
