Upper deck to be open Saturday

With ticket sales for Saturday's game against the Yankees in the mid-20,000 range, the Rays will open the upper deck for only the second time.

Reserved upper deck tickets cost $10 and will go on sale at 9 a.m. today at the Tropicana Field box office, through all Ticketmaster outlets, online atdevilrays.com or ticketmaster.com and at the Rays Dugout Store at WestShore Plaza.

The lower bowl holds about 29,000. The Rays have not used the upper deck, or drawn more than 22,012, since the opening night crowd of 38,142.
