Climbing the ladder

Hart was senior vice president and has been with the company since 1988; Cobble has been with the company since 1986 and will continue to serve as its educational design group director. Michael E. Northcutt has been named manager of rollout services for ArchitecturePlus International, Tampa. Northcutt was a project manager at Little & Associates, Dallas. ARTSThomas C. Nash II was appointed president of the board of the Gulf Coast Museum of Art at Pinewood Cultural Park, Largo. Nash is a shareholder at the law firm of Macfarlane Ferguson & McMullen, Clearwater. CONTRACTORSLaura Guinan has been named project manager for Hinson Building Corp., St. Petersburg. Guinan was a project architect and project manager for Gresham Smith and Partners, Tampa. ENGINEERINGElizabeth H. Rodriguez has been named transportation planning department manager for King Engineering Associates Inc., Tampa. Rodriguez was an independent planning consultant in Tampa. EQUIPMENTKim A. Kasper has been named president, chief operating officer for Florida Medical Equipment Services, St. Petersburg. Kasper was Florida area manager for Home Care Supply, Clearwater. INSURANCETodd Ruthruff has been promoted to assistant vice president and regional manager for Amerisure Mutual Insurance Co., St. Petersburg. Ruthruff will be responsible for Amerisure's St. Petersburg and Charlotte, N.C., core service centers. Ruthruff was manager of the Charlotte center. LEGALWilliam Reece Smith Jr. received the Hillsborough County Bar Association's 2002 Herbert G. Goldburg Award. The award is given in recognition to trial lawyers who through their careers have exhibited fairness, integrity, courtesy, zeal, forensic skill, legal acumen, good sense and respect to fellow lawyers. Smith, who practiced law for more than 50 years, is chairman emeritus for the law firm of Carlton Fields, Tampa. MARKETINGGinger Reichl received the Lifetime Achievement Award given by National Ad 2, a division of the American Advertising Federation. Reichl is a member of Ad 2 Tampa Bay and a senior program manager in the marketing department for Tech Data Corp., Clearwater ORGANIZATIONSSusan S. Mittermayr has been named president of the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg for 2002-2003. Mittermayr is executive vice president of United Trust Co. and has been a member of the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg since 1993. The Spring of Tampa Bay announced the following new and returning members to its board of directors. Returning members are: John Howley, Mercedes Angell and Cathy Unruh. Howley is a retired banker and past chairman of the Spring's board of trustees; Angell is associate director of Cushman & Wakefield and has been involved in the Spring Auxiliary for over 14 years; and Unruh, a former anchor at WTVT-Ch. 13, serves on the Spring Auxiliary and was chairwoman for the spring fashion show. New members are: Michelle Berube, Rob Elder, Marina McClure, Mary Scriven, Julie Worthington and Angela Wright. Berube is chairwoman of Florida Metropolitan University's accounting department; Elder is president of Elder Automotive Group; McClure is a pharmaceutical sales representative for Pharmacia Corp.; Scriven is a U.S. magistrate judge; Worthington is a orthodontist with Feldman Orthodontics; and Wright is a criminal lawyer in private practice.
