Creative Contractors Inc., 620 Drew St., Clearwater, announced the following contract: Colliers Arnold, 40,000 square feet, Drew/U.S. 19 Plaza, Clearwater, $2.5-million.

FINANCE

Florida Bond & Mortgage Inc., 2600 Dr. M.L. King (Ninth) St. N, Suite 600, St. Petersburg, arranged permanent first mortgage loans on the Isla Del Sol Shopping Center, 5901 Sun Blvd., St. Petersburg, 46,975 square feet, $2.85-million; and on the Marina Village Shopping Center, 4701-4929 34th St. S, St. Petersburg, 54,688 square feet, $2.9-million.

HOSPITALITY

Doubletree Hotel Tampa Airport-Westshore, 4500 W Cypress St., Tampa, received a special proclamation from the city of Tampa and Mayor Dick Greco honoring staff and management in recognition of its diversity program.

ORGANIZATIONS

The 61C Teen Center, a project of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast, 5111 66th St. N, St. Petersburg, received a three-year, $660,000 grant from the Eckerd Family Foundation. The grant will finance the Teen Center concept at two new sites in Clearwater and St. Petersburg.
