COFFEE SHOP REOPENS: The Coffee Mill Express of Lutz has reopened as the New Coffee Mill Express of Lutz. The drive-through shop at 17402 U.S. 41 offers espresso, lattes, cappuccino and flavored coffees. It also serves sandwiches, salads and hot dogs. Hours are 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays. STARBUCKS OPENS IN TOWN 'N COUNTRY: Starbucks has opened a sit-down coffee shop with drive-through at 9222 Anderson Road. Hours are 6 a.m to 10 p.m. Mondays through Wednesdays, 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursdays, 6 a.m. to midnight Fridays, 7 a.m. to midnight Saturdays and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays.
