Ensemble prepares classic treats

Mendelssohn wrote two piano trios, and the second, in C minor, is a highlight on Sunday's program by the Bay Area Chamber ensemble, along with works of Mozart, Julius Chaloff and Bartok. The ensemble consists of two first-chair players in the Florida Orchestra -- concertmaster Amy Schwartz Moretti, pictured here, and cellist James Connors -- and pianist William B. Wright, who teaches at Franklin and Marshall College in Philadelphia. Sunday's concert is the first of two by the ensemble at the Museum of Fine Arts, with the second on Sept. 8; both are at 2 p.m. Tickets: $7 and $15. (727) 896-2667.
