A developer's widow, she has chaired the Everglades Foundation and Save Our Everglades but is on leave during the campaign. ANDREW "DR. ANDY" MICHAUD ANDREW "DR. ANDY" MICHAUD, 43, of Winter Park, was born on New Year's Eve on an Air Force base in Louisiana.
