MARY L. BARLEY, 56, of Islamorada, moved to Florida from Wisconsin in 1971. A developer's widow, she has chaired the Everglades Foundation and Save Our Everglades but is on leave during the campaign. In 1983 she earned an associate's degree from Valencia Community College in Orlando. She is a widow. ASSETS: stocks, investments, property. LIABILITIES: none. ANDREW "DR. ANDY" MICHAUD, 43, of Winter Park, was born on New Year's Eve on an Air Force base in Louisiana. He earned his doctor of veterinary medicine degree in 1984 from Louisiana State University. He is married and has two children. ASSETS: real estate, veterinary practice, vehicles, jewelry, art.
