MiraBay sales center now open to the public

SOUTHSHORE -- The sales center at the new waterfront community of MiraBay, previously open only to potential buyers who paid a deposit to make a priority appointment, is now open to the public.
The center is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
MiraBay is a 750-acre master-planned community on the eastern shore of Tampa Bay in the Ruskin-Apollo Beach area that is now known as SouthShore. At completion, there will be 1,350 single-family homes and 400 multifamily residences, ranging from the $200,000s to more than $1-million.
Builders are Morrison Homes, David Weekley Homes, Sabal Homes of Florida, Nohl Crest Homes, Hannah-Bartoletta Homes, Alvarez Homes, Bayfair Properties and John Cannon Homes.
To reach MiraBay from the north, take I-75 south to Exit 246 and turn west on County Road 672 (Big Bend Road). At U.S. 41, turn south and travel about 3-1/2 miles to the MiraBay Discovery Center on the right. From the south, take I-75 to Exit 240, turn west on County Road 674 and drive west to U.S. 41. Turn north and proceed to the Discovery Center on the left.
