Cabinet to meet at City Hall in St. PetersburgBy Times staff writer© St. Petersburg Times published September 10, 2002 ST. PETERSBURG -- Gov. Jeb Bush and members of Florida's Cabinet will come to St. Petersburg Sept. 24 to hold their biweekly Cabinet meeting in City Hall. The public is invited. The Cabinet is holding a series of meetings in cities around the state, calling each one "Capital for a Day." The idea is to let state residents watch government's work firsthand and become more familiar with state services, according to a news release.
